Trinity Village’s Skilled Nursing community provides long-term care for our residents who are aging and require ongoing medical care. Our team of nurses, physicians, therapists, and activity specialists provide outstanding and loving care to our residents. Each day we make sure our resident’s lives are enriched and focus on their comfort, dignity, and personalized medical services. They are regularly assessed for skin issues, hydration, nutrition, and fall prevention. Our around-the-clock nursing care and special attention help keep our residents comfortable in familiar surroundings and avoid hospitalization, while our amenities and a full calendar of activities adds to their quality of life.
